I’m pretty sure that it needs some more work though, the purple in the background is so dark it comes off as black unless it’s really brightly lit, so it’s really hard to read the black outline around the lips, and it doesn’t match as well with the others
They didn’t end up getting accepted. The client wanted something similar in style to the think skateboards logo, and they liked the idea of a graffiti style, so I drew up some letters. I think I like the top version the most. The “eyes in the Os” thing was per client request.
I’m thinking maybe I should have planned it a little better, it’s a little cramped.
Probably Finish it tomorrow…
I think I’m going to make a series of these that just get progressively weirder…
I think they turned out pretty nice.
These were gifts for my two year old buddy Jonas’s birthday. I understand he’s a big Yo Gabba Gabba fan.
